1G DSM Front Big Brake (Caliper/Bracket) Kit, dust-sealed caliper type
This is undoubtedly the BEST DSM kit going. It was designed from scratch for the DSM as the EVO Brembo alternative but without the drawbacks plus it is designed for the Stock DSM knuckles meaning installation is amazingly simple! The process of designing This KIT has YOU the customer in mind. It is very modular in ways others do NOT offer you PLUS that Brembo cannot offer either (see notes at the bottom of the page*).
This kit was first designed as the EVO Brembo Alternative for the DSM’s. I used to offer Galant knuckles for a while and are now Rare and hard to find at a decent price. New is over $800+! So, my solution was to make an affordable EVO Brembo alternative that’s priced effectively, that’s Bolt on to the STOCK knuckles, and uses the same EVO rotors 320mm OR 350mm and… you keep the Stock Master cylinder and lines. Cannot get better than that.
This package is very cost effective vs buying used parts, refurbishing them and then find later on the cast alloy has pitting erosion, ground down for the clocked brackets to make them fit (not a nice look or finish or the bleed nipple is seized in). Not a particularly good way to spend a lot of money nor cost effective at all with all the extra time and labour that’s involved.
This kit is a simple Bolt on, Bleed the system and go, and can be driving in only a few hours or less!

Each caliper set will be fully pressure tested to ensure a good seal and no leaks.

- If you cannot afford to go straight to a larger rotor then I can make the calipers suit the larger rotor NOW meaning all you need is the new rotors and Radial brackets for the upgrade! This means you DO NOT have to buy a new caliper which saves you a lot more money when doing the upgrade. EXAMPLE… Wants to run a 360mm 2 piece rotor, can only start off in a 320mm rotor so you would buy the 320 kit but make a note you wish to have the caliper ready for a 360mm rotor (when doing this you will have more arch gap until the larger rotor is used).
- 4 piston calipers have more room for different piston sizes. if you have data that requires you to adjust the stock sizes, please get in touch with the sizes you roughly need. Custom sizes maybe chargeable.
