WE RUN WHAT WE SELL! 2-piece and 3-piece rod ends are our most commonly used types. We ONLY use Chromoly-based rod ends, which are a high-strength material. We also ONLY use lined rod ends and sphericals with Teflon/Kevlar materials, all with PTFE.

Key Features.

2-Piece Rod Ends. (Body + ball) FXM

• Body made from Chromoly, heat-treated for strength and coated for corrosion resistance.
• Ball made from 52100, precision ground for a smooth surface, heat-treated for strength, and then hard chrome-plated.
• Race injected liner is a blend of Teflon/Kevlar infused with PTFE for self-lubrication and self-cleaning design.
• OUR Rod Ends use a thicker body and neck for increased strength and loading, with good high radial angles and heavy shock loading.

3-Piece Rod Ends. (body, ball + ball race) FAGM

• Strongest rod end version going.
• Generally stiffer vs a 2-piece.
• Longer lifespan was a 2-piece rod end (application/use dependent).
• Body made from Chromoly, heat-treated for strength and coated for corrosion resistance.
• Ball made from 52100, precision ground for a smooth surface, heat-treated for strength, and then hard chrome-plated.
• Ball Race is an Alloy Steel housing for strength and injected liner is a blend of Teflon/Kevlar infused with PTFE for self-lubrication and self-cleaning design.
• OUR Rod Ends use a thicker body and neck for increased strength and loading, with good high radial angles and very heavy shock loading.

Our Rod Ends are ideal for suspension and high-stress areas. Other applications of course do apply!

Notes.

While used in suspension, please be aware of its location as SOMETIMES some locations require a stronger joint, so the 3-piece rod end will help here vs a 2-piece.
