1G DSM Front Big Brake Kit (Caliper/Rotor Combo) – Dust-sealed Type Caliper
This is one of the most advanced DSM kits available. Designed from the ground up specifically for the DSM platform, it integrates seamlessly with factory DSM knuckles. The development process pushed the chassis to a new level, bringing proven performance updates that meet modern road or motorsport standards.
This KIT has YOU, the customer in mind. It is very modular in ways others do not or will not offer you! They aim to sell you one kit and that’s it… no upgrading, and if you do, it’s an entirely new kit at full price! As a DSMer, FIBA’s goal is to look after the DSM community and help with your chassis you love and work hard for. We support you in ways other companies do not (see notes at the bottom of the page*).
Each kit is built around you and to your specs requested, then it’s fully pressure tested before it is released to ensure a good seal on every component.
CALIPER FEATURES:
- Radial-mounted Billet caliper
- Strong Billet Radial brackets (Anodized Black)
- Brackets feature cooling mounting points to allow you to run that cooling duct you always wanted to have.
- High Temp piston dust seals for less maintenance (road spec)
- Hard anodized Alloy Pistons
- Works with the STOCK DSM master cylinder, so saves time and money on new lines and MC swap
- 4 piston sizes are 2x41mm / 2x38mm (more 4 piston sizes available upon request). Must have pre-worked out your data and know the close match required
- 6 piston sizes are 2×38.5mm / 2x31mm / 2×27

ROTOR FEATURES:
- Black protective coating (single-piece rotors only)
- Anodized Black Rotor bells (2-piece rotors)
- Various options for surface finishes (slotted, J hook) can offer more upon request (fee may apply)
- High quality, high 48 Directional Vein count for OPTIMAL cooling (2-piece rotors)
- 2-piece rotors offer the best weight loss and heat loss vs a single-piece rotor
- 2-piece rotors available in fixed or fully floating option
- Helps reduce heat getting into wheel bearings (2-piece rotors)
- outer rotor rings available when required (2-piece rotors)

If you require a race caliper (dust seal-less, please get in touch).
*Modular design
- If you cannot afford to go straight to a larger rotor, then I can make the calipers suit the larger rotor now, meaning all you need is the new rotors and Radial brackets for the upgrade! This means you DO NOT have to buy a new caliper, which saves you a lot more money when doing the upgrade. EXAMPLE… Wants to run a 360mm 2-piece rotor, can only start off in a 320mm rotor, so you would buy the 320 kit but make a note you wish to have the caliper ready for a 360mm rotor (when doing this, you will have more arch gap until the larger rotor is used).
- 4 piston calipers have more room for different piston sizes. If you have data that requires you to adjust the stock sizes, please get in touch with the sizes you roughly need. Custom sizes may be chargeable.
