This FIAV BYPASS plate is a simple modification to any 1G or 2G DSM.

PRODUCT DETAILS

  • Precision laser cut from aluminum. 1 plate per kit.
  • Comes with a complete kit of SS washers and bolts for a full install kit (no one else offers this full kit!)

Key reasons for wanting the FIAV bypass plate

  • If you suffer from random idle issues or high idle, then your stock FIAV could be jammed.
  • Internal WAX has given up on you! Just like a thermostat, the WAX is critical to its operation, and once it goes bad, it is non-replaceable!
  • Leaking seals. If your gasket is leaking coolant, this will now stop any leaks later on.
  • Helps keep the TB a bit cooler by blocking off the coolant lines to the TB.
